VPX Redline Ultra Hardcore Black on Blue Series
We’ve got the info on VPX’s latest fat burner, Ultra Hardcore from the all-new Black on Blue Series, before anyone else! VPX’s website doesn’t even acknowledge its existence yet, and while we’re still waiting on more details from the first product in the series, Redline Black on Blue, we’ve got everything you’ll need to new about Redline Ultra Hardcore. It looks like Ultra Hardcore is a more intense, faster-acting version of the original, extremely popular Redline fat burner, and VPX says its effects last anywhere from three to seven hours — that probably depends on how your body reacts to the 290 mg of caffeine packed into every three Black Capsules serving. And a quick scan of the Supplement Facts shows a pretty unique propriety matrix of today’s most effective fat-burning and energizing compounds.
If you were a fan of the original Redline series, you owe it to yourself to check out the newest line of fatburners from VPX; they’re an industry leader and Redline Ultra Hardcore will be here just in time to get you in shape for spring break and your summer shred.
New Gaspari SizeOn Maximum Performance & Pre-Contest

Gaspari Nutrition recently announced two updated versions of one of its most popular products, intra-workout supplement SizeOn. Rather than simply changing the supplement profile and slapping a “New and Improved” label on the same old container, Gaspari decided to release two different versions that will appeal to athletes at different stages in their development:
- Gaspari SizeOn Pre-Contest is a low-carb formula for those looking to maintain or build muscle while minimizing weight gain
- While Gaspari SizeOn Maximum Performance appeals to the weekend warriors, recreational lifters, and the serious bodybuilders in the midst of a bulking phase.
Both products boast an impressive mix of essential amino acids, a protein synthesis acceleration matrix, and three forms of creatine. The significant difference between the two is the Outlast Insutropin Matrix found in the Maximum Performance version, which gives your body the nutrients it needs to power through a workout. After all, it is called SIZEon and it is an intra-workout supplement. Each item includes 24 single-scoop servings and retails at $79.99, but, as expected, both are available at a considerable discount at 2DaySupplements.com with FREE two-day delivery on every order.
New VPX Redline Black on Blue Now Available

Adept Nutrition Supplements Now In Stock
We’re always happy to bring on new supplement brands since we believe in providing as many options to our customers as possible, and our latest addition is no exception. We were one of the first online retailers to pick up the Adept Nutrition line, but until recently we only had a couple of their products in stock. Now that the majority of the line is in stock in all locations and ready for free two-business-day delivery, it’s time to let everyone know about this high quality brand.
One can tell by their original product offerings that Adept Nutrition is truly a health and nutrition company, which unfortunately isn’t always the case in this industry. The first product we had in stock was the simple and straightforward Adept High Potency Vitamin D supplement, a product we are happy to carry as studies explore a link between vitamin D and cancer survival. Vitamin D insufficiency has also been associated with numerous health problems, including osteoporosis, muscle weakness, depression, and diabetes, among others. Vitamin D is rare in that it is very difficult for one to acquire the recommended daily intake through diet alone, as it is found naturally, in limited amounts, in just a few foods. Fatty fish such as herring or catfish are among the few sources that will provide close to or more than the recommended 400 IU/day.
In addition to the High Potency Vitamin D, Adept Nutrition offers numerous supplement staples, including Omega-3 Softgels, Men’s SuperVites multi-vitamin, Women’s SuperVites, Milk Thistle for liver support, and a high-quality Whey Protein in a 420-serving, 25-pound container. If you’re looking for essential supplements to provide the foundation your health and nutrition goals, look no further than Adept Nutrition.
MusclePharm was Everywhere at UFC 107
Not all of their fighters won on Saturday night in Memphis (one had to lose by default in the Guida-Florian matchup pictured), but MusclePharm has to be considered one of the big winners at UFC 107. The fluorescent MP logo was featured prominently in practically every single fight on the televised card, and it was front and center for the intense pre-fight staredown between Diego Sanchez and B.J. Penn fight for the lightweight championship. Unfortunately for Diego Sanchez (and Muscle Pharm), the most memorable images from UFC 107 are of the deep gash on Sanchez’s forehead and his bruised face two days later.
Although Sanchez ran into one of the all-time greats at UFC 107 and likely won’t be in the mix for another title shot for a while, MusclePharm has collected an impressive stable of current UFC champions, all-time greats, and future contenders, including 2DaySupplements.com’s favorite heavyweight Cain Velasquez. In addition to Velasquez, the Muscle Pharm Fight Team is a virtual who’s who of recognizable MMA warriors; Georges St-Pierre, Rashad Evans, Joe Daddy Stevenson, Guida, Florian, Sanchez, Mark Coleman, and Michael Bisping have all repped Muscle Pharm in the octagon. As interest in the UFC and MMA as a whole continues to increase worldwide, we’ve got to give props to Muscle Pharm for linking their line of fight-focused supplements with some of the sport’s most popular and visible athletes.
BSN CellMass NT Next-Generation Post-Workout Coming Soon
UPDATE: CellMass NT is IN STOCK and ready to ship. As with every purchase at 2DaySupplements.com, your order of BSN CellMass N-Tensity Technology will ship for free with guaranteed two-business-day delivery!
We originally told you about BSN’s new Evolution Series with N-Tensity Technology back in September, and since then BSN has released both NO-Xplode NT and Epozine-O2 NT. After the announcement and release of the new NO-Xplode, the logical next step was an updated CellMass, BSN’s best-selling post-workout supplement, and now it’s almost here. BSN CellMass NT is the state-of-the-art answer for serious athletes who know recovery is where true evolution begins.
Like the original CellMass, CellMass NT is a post-workout supplement designed to promote the replenishment of creatine and ATP lost during a strenuous workout, but the advancement comes in its ability to regulate delayed on-set muscle soreness (DOMS) and promote the accumulation of glycogen, which minimizes catabolic effects and thereby proliferates muscle hypertrophy. In layman’s terms, CellMass NT reduces your body’s recovery time and enhances its natural ability to build muscle.
BSN CellMass NT will be in stock very soon, so check back often. We already have the product description, supplement facts, and dosage instructions at 2DaySupplements.com, and we’ll have reviews and recommendations posted as soon as they’re available. Don’t miss out on the next evolution in workout supplementation.
Finished! Las Vegas Marathon Follow-Up
My sentiments of three months ago repeated in my head louder than ever at 4:30 AM this past Sunday; as I stumbled out of bed and slowly layered on my running gear, all I could think was “Why did I sign up for this?” Like I detailed in that blog entry in September, I’m not a natural runner and I had never run more than 5 miles before this summer. Combine that with a less-than-stellar training regimen interrupted by a battle with the flu in October, and I was understandably a little worried about running 26.2 miles, the last 11.2 of which would be completely new territory for my body.
Although it was ridiculously cold by Las Vegas standards (note to future self: wear gloves next time you plan on spending five hours in 30-40 degree weather), everything about the atmosphere at the 2009 Las Vegas Rock & Roll Marathon made for an awesome experience. 27,000 runners signed up for the race, and although there were likely a few less than that on race-day the strip was packed with athletes of all ages, shapes, and sizes. There were fireworks going off for 30 minutes, Elvises (Elvi?) skydiving, a Celine Dion lookalike singing the national anthem, and a live band playing above the starting line — seriously, they built a stage above the strip. The first 12 miles wound up and down the strip and featured run-through weddings, numerous live bands, and more than a few confused, drunken revelers stumbling out of casinos at 7am just like normal Vegas vacationers do.
Once the race (a misnomer for me; the elite runners finished over 2.5 hours before I did) moved from the strip, the sights were slightly impressive but the experience continued. There were still stages with live bands set up just about every mile, and as the crowd thinned – it seemed like the 1/2 marathoners outnumbered the full by at least 3 to 1 – the friendly support increased. Since the majority of the last 13 miles consisted of an out and back, we saw many of the most inspirational participants: the wheelchair competitors pushing up a long, gradual incline; elderly newlyweds that had just tied the knot 15 miles earlier; and a veteran that ran the entire length of the course carrying a large American flag just one day before the anniversary of the attack on Pearl Harbor.
All-in-all, the day was a huge success. I ran with a best friend from high school who agreed to run what would be her fifth marathon despite having minimal time to recover and train after running the Nike Women’s Marathon in October, and we stuck to our slow pace the whole way together. Our pace slowed a bit more on the last 5 or 6 miles, but the “Why did I sign up for this?” thought never crept into my mind after the race was underway; the feeling of accomplishment was more than worth the registration fee, the hours of running in the summer heat, and the “Why the hell would you do that to yourself?” comments from friends and family. In short, I’m a believer. Training for a marathon (or a 5k, half-marathon, etc.) is a great way to get in shape, challenge yourself, and have a lot of fun, and it sure doesn’t hurt running the event in Las Vegas.

Nutrex Hemo-Rage Black Review
I had been planning on trying out Nutrex’s newest pre-workout supplement for a while now – ever since I saw the Dennis Wolf ad in Muscle & Fitness basically saying that Hemo-Rage Black was the MOST.EXTREME.EVER. The hype for this thing was borderline ridiculous, and the first line of the on-product description is equally over-the-top:
What you’re holding in your hands is the meanest, strongest, and cruelest pre-workout supplement this planet has ever seen! We went down to the laboratory and cooked up the most vicious blend of raging energy inducing, strength signaling, blood volume expanding, pump activating, extreme focus enhancing, fat detonating, and muscle building compounds imaginable!
But honestly, that doesn’t seem too far off. I took just one scoop about three hours ago, had a great workout, and I’m still feeling pumped and slightly jittery. The proprietary blend has everything that you would expect from a next-generation pre-workout supplement: the most advanced creatine formulas, waxy maize starch, an advanced nitric oxide complex, BCAA’s, and even ginkgo biloba as part of a “neuro complex.” That being said, my general complaint with just about every supplement on the market right now is that we don’t have any idea how much of each of these ingredients is in the formula. Based on my own relatively high tolerance for caffeine and the fact that I’m still wired after taking Hemo-Rage, I’m guessing that one serving is pushing 150 mg or more of caffeine (an average cup of coffee has 100 mg), and that’s just one scoop. The directions for “Underground” dosing call for two scoops in 12 to 16 oz of cold water, with a strong warning to never exceed that dosage. Based upon my experience and the fact that most science suggests not exceeding 200 mg of caffeine in one day – let alone one drink – I don’t think I’ll ever be experimenting with the Underground dosage.
All in all, Hemo-Rage Black is absolutely worth trying, especially if your old pre-workout powder isn’t doing it for you anymore. I highly recommend just starting with one scoop – or even a half-scoop – to test your tolerance because Nutrex was being pretty damn honest when they said this stuff is extreme.
